Figures on this site
The site shows one earnings figure: that, with guidance, a first deal can earn ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000 or more in commission. It appears on the Why real estate page.
It is an illustrative range from our training material, not a promise or a typical result. The commission on any single deal depends on the price of the property and the commission terms of its project. Figures in the webinar and our training material are illustrative in the same way.
What affects results
What you earn depends on many things, including:
- the effort and time you put in
- your skills, and how you use the training
- the projects you sell and their commission terms
- property prices and market conditions
- rules and other factors outside Real Federation's control
