Privacy policy

What personal data Real Federation collects, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Real Federation collects and uses personal data through this website: when you create an account, which also registers you for the webinar, when you use your dashboard, and when you send us a message. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

Information we collect

When you create an account:

  • your full name, mobile number, email address, state, age and gender
  • your password, which is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that no one can read
  • the referral code or invite link you signed up with, if any

While you have an account, we also keep the referral code we give you, the date you joined, who invited you, the people you invite, and whether a membership purchase has been recorded for you.

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, your mobile number if you give it, the topic you choose and your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use your information

  • to create and run your account and your dashboard
  • to register you for the webinar and contact you about it
  • to contact you about the programme and your membership
  • to record referrals and show them in the right dashboards
  • to understand where our members are and who they are, so we can plan sessions, training and support
  • to reply to your messages
  • to keep the site secure and prevent misuse, such as fake accounts or self-referral

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by others.

Referral information

If you invite someone, your dashboard shows only their first name and last initial, the date they joined, and whether they have bought a membership, with the date.

It never shows their email address, mobile number, state, age or gender. Likewise, the person who invited you sees only your first name and last initial, never your contact details. Your profile shows the first name and last initial of whoever invited you.

Sharing your information

We use service providers to run the site: a database and sign-in provider that stores account data and contact messages, and a web hosting provider that serves the site. They handle data only to provide these services to us. Their servers may be in or outside India.

We may also share personal data when the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a court or the authorities.

Storage and security

Account data and contact messages are stored in our database. Access is restricted: each signed-in person can read only their own account record and their own list of referrals, and only the Real Federation team can read contact messages. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and limit who can see it.

How long we keep data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data, except for anything we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records.

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to deal with your question, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it
  • ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent to its use
  • have a complaint about your data dealt with
  • nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or cannot use them yourself

You can see your account details on the profile page of your dashboard. To use any of these rights, send us a message through the contact page and choose "My account".

Cookies

When you log in, the site sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in as you move between pages. It is needed for the dashboard to work, and it is removed when you log out.

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make an important change to how we use your data, we will tell account holders before it applies.

Questions and complaints

For any question or complaint about your personal data, send us a message through the contact page and choose "My account" or "Something else". If we do not resolve your complaint, you may take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
