These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, registers for the webinar, creates an account or becomes a member of Real Federation. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Our privacy policy, refund policy and earnings disclaimer form part of these terms.

Real Federation is a real estate placement organisation built for freelancers and newcomers. We train people to sell real estate projects as channel partners and support them while they build their business. In these terms, "Real Federation", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs this website.

You may use the site to learn about Real Federation, register for the webinar and manage your account. When you use it, you must not:

• break any law, or help anyone else to
• try to get into accounts, data or parts of the site that are not yours
• interfere with the site's security or with how it runs
• copy content from the site in bulk, including by automated means
• give false details, or pretend to be someone else

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.

Creating an account registers you for our free live webinar. It runs for about 90 minutes and is live only. There is no recording.

The date and time of the next session are shown on the webinar page. We may move or cancel a session, and if we do, the webinar page will show the new date.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. The details you give at signup must be true and your own. Do not create accounts for other people, or extra accounts for yourself.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, was opened with false details, or is used to misuse referrals. You can ask us to close your account at any time through the contact page.

Every account has its own referral code and invite link. A referral is recorded when the person you invite creates their account, either through your invite link or by entering your code at signup. It cannot be added, moved or changed afterwards.

You may not refer yourself, or create accounts to refer. We may remove referrals that break this rule.

A referral records who invited whom. Commissions on referrals are not active, and a referral does not by itself entitle you to any payment. If we introduce referral rewards, we will publish their terms before they apply.

Membership comes in three plans: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The pricing page sets out what each plan includes and its price. All prices include GST. The plan and price shown when you pay are the ones that apply to you.

How to become a member and pay is explained at the close of the webinar. After you join, you are given access to training, a relationship manager and the projects you can sell.

The projects available to sell depend on the builders who offer them, and may change. Each property sale follows the terms of its project, including any commission.

As a channel partner you are responsible for meeting the legal requirements that apply to you, such as RERA registration where it is required. We help with licensing, paperwork and channel partner registration, but approval rests with the authorities.

The training material, marketing material, videos, text and design of this site and the programme belong to Real Federation or to the people who licensed them to us. Photos by others are used under their licences and credited on the photo credits page.

As a member you may use the marketing material we give you to sell the projects you work on. You may not record live sessions, or copy, share, sell or publish our training material.

Real Federation does not promise or guarantee any income. Any figure on this site or in our training material is illustrative. What you earn depends on your effort, the projects you sell and the market.

The site and its content are provided as they are. Nothing on the site or in the programme is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Property sales are agreed between buyers, builders and channel partners. Real Federation is not a party to them and is not responsible for them.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any loss of income, profit or opportunity, that comes from using the site or the programme. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your membership. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them, or about the site or the programme, is for the courts in India that have jurisdiction over it.
